…FRESH Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

We have selected two excellent blended EVOOs for Australian distribution – ‘Mellow’ being an all purpose EVOO and ‘Extra Oomph’ being a stronger flavoured EVOO.

ROSTO ‘Mellow’ EVOO is a delicate and mild EVOO, slightly sweet, with fresh fruity aromas not unlike green bananas. Gentle pepperiness and bitterness ensure a fresh clean finish.

ROSTO ‘Extra Oomph’ EVOO has excellent fruity aromas of banana with hints of floral and almond complexity. Good early bitterness and a solid pepperiness give a punchy finish.

ROSTO ‘Top Notch’ is used as our export brand to China.
